10/19 · You do need bluetooth, but I have a Bluetooth dongle and I can plug it into my PC, go to the taskbar and I was able to link to the Sprocket. Then you can do a SEND a FILE. You browse to the file you want (that is, find a photo) and print it. It DOES and CAN work--you do NOT need to have it on a phone/tablet and use the HP app.
