Close isolating valve before PRV 2. Relieve pressure between valve and PRV by opening blanking plug and allowing water to go out. 3. Loosen slotted screw by turning anticlockwise to slacken spring tension. 4. Remove bonnet. Using spanner. 5. Remove guide ring. 6. Unscrew the piston nut over the diaphragm and remove diaphragm. 7. Remove coupler.
Learn MoreA pressure reducing valve (PRV) regulates the outlet pressure regardless of the fluctuating flow and varying inlet pressure, thereby reducing leakage and mitigating the stress on the downstream
Learn MoreThe Pressure Reducing Valve shall be a diaphragm actuated, pilot controlled. The main valve body shall be Ductile Iron ASTM A 536. The stem of the basic valve shall be guided top and bottom. The diaphragm shall not be used as a seating surface. All internal and external ferrous surfaces shall be coated with a high quality, fusion epoxy coating.

Learn MoreThis pressure reducing valve is a valve disc type (04) downstream pressure stabiliser, compensated by a spring (01) or (02) and balanced against
Learn MoreReducing Valve is designed for many applications where the reduction of high inlet pressures to safe and stable outlet pressure is required. The pilot assembly reacts to changes in downstream pressure allowing the main valve to modulate between the closed and open position ensuring a constant downstream set pressure. Once the downstream pres-
Learn More2021. 2. 16. · PRESSURE-REDUCING VALVES Direct acting pressure-reducing valves are available in two basic types: adjustable or nonadjustable (fixed ratio). Each type has its advantages. The nonadjustable, fixed ratio type is the simplest of PRVs, with a resulting lower cost, and smaller size than adjustable types. Further, they have no
Learn MoreA pressure reducing valve is a valve which takes a high inlet pressure and reduces it to a lower outlet pressure. When it does this under both flow and no-flow
