1 Hi guys, My heat pump decided to not run this morning. Got an E1 fault on the screen, which my manual says is High Gas Pressure Protection in the fault list. The water flow inside the heat pump is insufficient There is no water circulation inside the heat pump The flow switch is defective: Make sure the circulating pump works; Make sure the bypass valves are properly positioned; Check the skimmer (no obstruction); Check the water pressure gauge of the heat pump, it should read between 10 and 15 psi

HP & HP6 - Low water flow in the unit or faulty high pressure control. Check water flow/backwash. The unit will show (HP6) after 6 HP faults. This will stop the unit for protection. FLo & FL3 - Possible causes: • The filter is in backwash position. • The filter pump is stopped. • The filter is dirty. • Shortage of water to pool pump.

If your freon pressure is too low, it's an indicator that it's too cold outside for the heat pump to operate. After all, it needs at least some 

Start the water pump before turning on the Machine to avoid any damage. - Press power on/off on LED controller to turn on/off machine. - During the first start of machine, please check if there is any water leakage in the piping connection system. Then set suitable temperature.
